What do Physicists do?

From gaming to astronomy to law there are many paths ahead for physicists.  Physics.org has a great tool for choosing career areas within Physics so you can learn more about your future as a scientist.

Roughly half of our students choose to directly enter the workforce after earning their undergraduate physics degree, while the other half continue on to graduate school.  Students following either path find that their Cornell Undergraduate Physics background allows them to make a real impact.  Follow the links below to find practical information which will help you prepare for the future.
